Shipping: All United States customers can expect packages to arrive within 5 business days. Delivery orders placed before 4pm ET on Monday-Friday typically go out same day via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed over the weekend typically are shipped the following Monday morning. Wholesale orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground unless another method is requested by the customer.

Damage During Shipping: Our customer satisfaction and safety is our highest priority. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments carefully before leaving our fulfillment centers. However, we understand that during the transport are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72 hours of arrival. Please contact us directly and provide information of the damage so we can rectify the situation. If the buyer chooses to contact their bank(chargebacks), the account will be deleted and you will be banned.
